| 摘 要： | 真实的生产现场里并不存在所谓的无技能工人,工人的know-how在现实生产中发挥着重要作用。文章首先用描述性的方式定义了know-how的所指,并根据其与技术问题解决上的相关性将其划分为技术性know-how和非技术性know-how,进而从理论和实践两方面证实了这种know-how的真实存在以及在克服异化方面发挥的作用,并在最后抛出了可选择的现代性的问题。
