摘    要:文章针对某重卡6×4自卸车出现转向系统沉重现象,结合此车型转向系统参数进行理论校核计算,发现按照理论参数进行匹配设计并不能有效地提高转向系统性能;同时与市场上反映使用效果较好的同等竞品车型进行对比分析,找出导致该重型自卸车转向沉重的主要原因,并对该自卸车转向系统参数进行优化;通过试验验证表明,改进后的转向系统性能明显提升,并优于同等竞品车型.

Abstract:The heavy phenomenon about the steering system for 6×4 dumpers is presented Checking computations of steering system parameter theoretically, it can find out the steering system performance cannot be improved effectively according to the theory parameters. At the same time, the comparative analysis is carried out with the same type of dumpers which are favoured by customeres on the marketplace. The main reason about the steering heavy on the dumpers is found out. An optimization on the dumper's system parameters is carried out. The test results show that the steering performance of the dumpers is improved obviously, and better than the same type of competitor's dumpers.
