硫酸氢钠催化合成缩醛(酮)

摘    要:以硫酸氢钠作催化剂,由苯甲醛、环己酮、乙酰乙酸乙酯与乙二醇缩合生成3种缩醛(酮),系统地研究了醛(酮)与醇物质的量比、催化剂用量、反应时间等诸因素对产品收率的影响。研究得出最佳反应条件是:乙二醇与醛(酮)的物质的量比为1.5:1,催化剂用量占反应物总量的1%,反应时间为1.5h,在此反应条件下,缩醛(酮)的收率达66.3%~84.4%。

Catalytic Synthesis of Acetals and Katals with Sodium Bisulfate

Abstract:This paper studies systematically the factors such as the amount-of-sUbstance ratio of alcohol, catalyst dosage and response time which interfere with the product rate, based on the procedure that sodium bisulfate was used as the catalyst and three catalytic synthesis of acetals and katals are produced from Benzene formaldehyde, cyclohexanone, acetoacetate and glycol. The find- ings of the experiment is that the best condition for response is: the amount-of-substance ratio of glycol to aldehyde 1. 5 : 1, catalyst dosage 1%, response time 1. 5h, and the yield of acetals (katals) up to 66.3%-84.4%.
