集中供热管网保温存在的问题

摘    要:对大庆市某供热公司所管辖的40多公里供热管线的保温状况进行了现场测试,发现存在保温材料选取及保温层厚度设计不合理等问题.对供热管线进行了优化设计及保温改造.通过现场测试,对比分析了改造前后管道的散热损失,结果表明,改造后单位面积散热损失减少了90%.

Abstract:Abstract: In this paper ,we test the insulation state of heating pipeline of a heating company in Daqing City, and we found there are some problems. The selection of insulation material and design of insulation layer thickness is unreasonable. Some heating pipes insulating layer thickness are optimized and transformed, and compare the heat loss of the pipeline before and after transformation by testing . The results show that the heat loss decreased by 90% per unit area after transformation.
