基于CFD的导管螺旋桨桨叶折断故障监测与诊断研究

摘    要:利用Fluent软件对导管螺旋桨进行三维非定常的数值计算,设定压力脉动监测点,并对提取的压力信号进行FFT变换,分析导管螺旋桨在正常工作和桨叶折断故障状态下的频谱特征,以此提出导管螺旋桨桨叶折断故障预测的CFD数值模拟方法。

Abstract:The unsteady three-dimensional numerical calculation of ducted propeller is carried out using Fluent software.Pressure pulsation monitoring points are set,and then make FFT transformation of pressure signal is extracted.The spectra characteristics of ducted propeller are analyzed in both the normal operation condition and the fault condition of blade breaking to put forward the CFD numerical simulation method of fault prediction of the ducted propeller blade breaking.
