| 摘 要： | 本文从情报学角度出发,试图将情报工作融于高校学报工作之中,以唤起高校学报界同仁对情报工作的重视。文章重点围绕高校学报主编情报意识功能和价值,从思想素质与情报意识功能关系;业务素质与情报意识功能关系;管理才能与情报意识功能关系;开拓创新与情报意识功能关系等4个方面进行了探讨。认为在“信息社会”中,高校学报主编应具有强烈的情报意识,方能适应新时期高校学报工作的需要。

| Abstract: | In the light of infonnations and with an attempt to closely combine college journal work with information work ,this paper is written to call college journal workers' attention to information work. A discussion is devoted to the function and value of information consciousness of college journal chief editors and its relationship with the chief editors' ideological quality ,vocational quality, administrative ability and courage in blazing a new trail. It is necessary for the chief editors of college journals to have intense information consciousness. |
