大学生体育课学习中归因训练的实验研究

摘    要:本文试验性的将心理学归因理论中的归因训练引入大学生体育课学习,旨在研究该训练对大学生的体育学习的意义和影响,为教学质量和效果的提高提供参考性建议。实验后结果显示:实验组大学生对捧球课考试成败的归因较对照组积极;成就动机以及学习动机和情绪情感均有所提高并向积极的方向发展;学习成绩的差异并不明显I针对大学生实施归因训练需要注意方法上的灵活性。

Abstract:This essay attempts to guide attribution training of the attribution theory in the PE learning of the students of normal university, in order to research the training's influence on the undergraduates' PE learning, table rationalization proposal about the improving of the teaching quality. After the research , the results shows that the experimental group's students take on the positive changing about the success and failing attribution in PE class test; further more, the training can enhance the achievement motivation, study motivation and emotion and lead them towards the positive tendency. But the indifference of grades is not obvious; in the training course for undergraduates, the experimental methods should be more agile.
