| 摘 要： | “双分”教学法是根据教学对象的心理素质、身体素质和技战术水平的高低及掌握知识多少,而设计出的适合于普通高校排球选项课的教学方法.教学实践表明,“分层次指导”教学法能满足不同水平学生的求知欲和对学习的投入,能够提高教学质量,增强学生体育锻炼的意识。

| Abstract: | Classified teaching approach is based on the psychological quality,level of physical fitness and technical and tactical knowledge,and whether the design is suitable for college volleyball elective classes teaching methods.Experiment shows that the "double points" approach can satisfy the curiosity of students at different levels of learning and input to improve the quality of teaching and enhance student awareness of physical exercise. |
