滑动摩擦副疲劳损伤机理分析及试验系统的设计

摘    要:分析了滑动摩擦副疲劳损伤的产生机理,指出疲劳损伤产生的根本原因是动应力状态。即使滑动摩擦部件处于磨合期之后载荷稳定的正常磨损期内,如果摩擦速度发生周期性交变,也会使摩擦副表面接触应力发生改变,产生动应力状态,从而造成摩擦副的疲劳损伤。设计了一种以摩擦速度为控制变量的对比摩擦试验装置,用来比较在等摩擦历程和相近摩擦功条件下,不同摩擦速度曲线对疲劳损伤的影响。干摩擦条件下的系统试运行结果初步验证了试验系统的可行性。

Abstract:The originating mechanism of fatigue damage of sliding friction couples is analyzed and that the ultimate causation of fatigue damage is dynamical stress state is pointed out. Even if during the normal wearing period after running-in, when the load is not fluctuated, the time-varying friction speed causes the contact stress on friction couple's surface varying correspondingly, which finally results in fatigue damage as dynamical load does. In order to study and verify the effects of different friction speeds on fatigue damage, an experimental friction system that takes a friction speed as a controllable parameter, was designed to contrast the fatigue damage under an equal friction displacement condition and similar friction work condition but at different friction speeds. The test running results under the condition of dry sliding friction show that the experimental friction system is feasible.
