| 摘 要： | 利用已知的血凝抗原检测未知的血清抗体，通过将抗原吸附 (致敏 )在红血球表面，再与相应的抗体结合，红血球便出现凝集现象，不仅肉眼可见，直观性强，而且反应的敏感性也大大提高。

Experimental Technique for Swine Fever Antibody Detection |

| Abstract: | The unknown seroantibody can be detected with known haemagg1utination antigen. The antigen were adsorped on the surface of hemocyte and then combined on the surface of hemocyte and then combined with related antibody The agglutination of hemocyte appeared after that. This reaction was able to be seen easily with naked eye, and the reaction sensitivity was highly improved. |
