微生物絮凝剂T68处理小麦淀粉废水絮凝条件研究

摘    要:利用从濮阳市污水处理厂活性污泥中分离筛选出的具有高效絮凝活性的T68菌株培养液对小麦淀粉废水絮凝条件进行优化研究.试验结果表明:以CaCl2作为助凝剂,废水pH值为7~9,每升小麦淀粉废水中投入32.5 mL的T68培养液,搅拌速度为70~90 r.min-1时,絮凝效果最佳.此时,T68培养液对小麦淀粉废水的COD去除率可达56%,浊度去除率可达84%.

Abstract:The optimal flocculation conditions of the strain T68 isolated from activated sludge of the Puyang Waste Water Works and can produce bio-coagulants have been studied.The result shows that the excellent bio-coagulants can be produced when using CaCl2 as accelerating flocculant,puting 32.5 mL of the T68 fermentation liquid launch into each liter wheat starch waste water,the mixing speed is 70~90 r·min-1 and pH value is 8.At the optimal flocculation conditions,COD removal rate and turbidity removal rate of the wheat starch waste water can reach 56% and 84%.
