西昌市民营经济发展现状及建议

2007年，西昌市民营经济增加值为60．08亿元，同比增长17．5%，占全市GDP的47．7%，对经济增长的贡献率达57．84％，成为推动西昌市加快发展的重要力量。但在民营经济发展过程中，仍存在认识不足，环境不优，支持不够等问题，建议采取优化发展环境，转变政府职能，加强金融支持的方法，推动西昌市民营经济又好又快发展。

Present Status and Suggestion of Private Economic Development of Xichang

The private economy added value ratio of Xichang is 60.08 billion Yuan in 2007, and increases 17.5 percent, accounting for 47.7% percent in local GDP. The cumulative ratio of contribution of economy development reaches 86.22%.Private economy has become an important force for economic growth of Xichang, but there are still some problems in the development of private economy, such as bad investment environment, the shortage of understanding and supporting. This paper puts forward some suggestions about optimizing development environment, the transformation of government functions, strengthening the financial support for promoting the Xichang＇ s economy to develop better and faster.
