| 摘 要： | 该文针对超小型快速截获接收机的需求，研究了锁相式频率合成技术，采用宽带锁相环和电压预置法来提高频率捷变速度，同时，采用带阻滤波器，相位补偿电路来改善宽带锁相环的杂散性能和稳定性。

| Abstract: | The phase-looked loop (PLL )frequency synthesis for miniature,high-speedacquisition receiver is researched in this paper. Wide-band PLL and voltage preset methodare proposed to improve the frequency agile speed.Band stop filter and phase compensation circuit are used to improve the spur performance and stability of wide-band PLL. Dueto using advanced MMIC PLL and VCO,the researched frequency synthesizer has smallvolume,fast switching speed and low phase noise. |
