摘    要:为解决现有旋转轴扭矩测量成本高、结构复杂等问题,本文提出了浮动式扭矩测量方案.在该方案中,不再采用专用的扭矩传感器,而是基于小孔钻床的结构特点,通过改变电动机安装方式和添加一系列的传动装置,将钻头的工作扭矩变化转换成电位器旋转角度的变化,并采用数据拟合的方法处理实验数据,建立起扭矩变化和阻值变化之间的函数关系.最后通过加载已知扭矩的方法,验证了该函数关系的成立,说明浮动式扭矩测量方案是可行的.

Abstract:The floating scheme of torque measurement is brought forward to solve the problems of high costs and complicate structures of the existing scheme of the rotation axis' torque measurement.In this scheme,the special torque sensor is no longer adopted.Based on the characteristics of drill machines' structure,the change of the drill's torque at work is transformed to that of the angle of the rotary potentiometer,by means of changing the installation of the electromotor and appending a serial of transmission mechanisms.Using the data fit method,the functional relationship has been built between the change of the torque and that of the angle,By means of loading known torques,the resulting functional relationship has been verified,which demonstrates that the floating scheme of torque measurement is feasible.
