| Abstract: | The technical innovation is the power for the lasting and high-effective development of the small and medium sized enterprises. This paper analyzes the superiorities and inferiorities of the small and medium sized enterprises in the technical innovation, and puts forward some measures for promoting the technical innovation of the small and medium sized enterprises. |
