摘    要:叙述了三相异步电机绕组匝间短路故障的检测意义,介绍了 Microchip 公司的 PIC 单片机 PIC16C74的结构特点,探讨了异步电机定子绕组匝间短路故障诊断的方案,设计出了基于 PIC16C74单片机的微机检测系统,该系统成本低,测量精度高,具有极其广阔的应用前景。

Abstract:The paper describe the significance of detecting short circuit fault between three phase asynchronous motors stators,briefly introduced the construction characteristics of the PIC16C74 Microcontroller made by the company of Microchip,discuss the scheme for fault diagnosing of short-circuit fault between stators winding of asynchronous motors.The detection system based on PIC16C74 Microcontroller is designed,this system is possessed of lower cost and higher detection precision and very broad uses.
