| 摘 要： | 为澄清在质量控制过程中,度量单值数据情况下的过程能力指数与过程性能指数的差别,探讨了两类指数的差异及其原因,验证了在单值数据情况下两类指数的关系。采用数据模拟和非参数Bootstrap区间估计法,得到了两类指数的数值及其置信区间。分析结果表明:在均值意义上,不考虑过程偏移和考虑过程偏移的情况下,过程能力指数与过程性能指数都近似相等,在95%的置信水平下,过程性能指数的置信区间要优于过程性能指数的置信区间。所以,在单值情况下,考虑指数的可靠性,建议使用过程性能指数。

| Abstract: | The process capability index and the process performance index are used to measure the process capability based on the individual quality control observations.This study investigated the differences and the causes of the differences between these indexes.Data simulations and the Bootstrap method were used to estimate these indices and their confidence intervals.The results show that the process capability index is approximately equal to the process performance index with and without considering process shifts.However,for a 95% confidence level,the confidence intervals of the process performance index are better than those of the process capability index.Therefore,based on individual observations,the process performance index is recommended as more reliable. |
