| 摘 要： | This paper analyses the author’s escapism In this Composed Upon Westminster Bridge, Sept. 3, 1802 ,and conclusion is reached that the poet wrote this particular poem for his beloved sister. And the sister ’s calmness and complacency came to be the best pill to heal the wounds of the poet.
