| 摘 要： | 介绍了国内高校学科馆员制度的建立与发展的情况,对学科馆员的开展情况进行了总结,并结合华南理工大学图书馆的实际情况,提出了查新员兼任学科馆员的服务模式,对该模式的开展策略进行了详细叙述,并以本校食品学院某技术团队学科为服务对象,展开学科馆员服务,并对实施一年来取得的成果进行了总结,对未来的学科馆员工作开展的重点进行了展望。

| Abstract: | Introduced the domestic colleges and universities in the establishment of the subject librarian system and development situation,Summarizes the development situation of subject librarian,Combined with the actual situation of the library of South China University of Technology,put forward to a new Service Mode that Novelty Retrieval Personnel concurrent posting a subject librarian,On the pattern of the development strategy are discussed in detail,and the College of light industry and food sciences technology team as the service object,expansion of subject librarian service,and to carry out a year to come the results obtained are summarized,Prospect to the future of the subject librarian work development. |
