政府的公共行政职能问题是一个与国家现象同样久远和复杂的问题,然而,现代政府的行政职能问题则启于20世纪30年代西方资本主义世界的经济大危机。关于政府职能的争论主要沿着发达国家和后发展国家两条轨迹发展变化。据此,本文对我国的政治职能两重性的维度发展进行了浅析,主要浅析政府的政治统治职能和社会管理职能。本文的写作目的主要是探讨在当代复杂的国际环境下,我国政府职能还需要发展与完善,主要采用了文献法。
