| 摘 要： | 本文以四川华蓥市为研究区域,严格遵循国家法律、标准和规范对低山丘陵为主的华蓥市征地统一年产值进行测算,通过的大量的数据计算得出结果华蓥市的地区征地统一年产值为20520元,并用该结果与上一轮的价格进行比较和分析,提出了一些实用该结果的建议。
