Abstract:Aiming at the partition of line replaceable units (LRU) in design development stage of complex equipment, a LRU partition method based on performance is proposed, which function behavior structure (FBS) and reliability maintainability supportability testability (RMST) are used as the influencing factors in this method. Firstly, the list of spare parts of system is obtained by establishing functional architecture. On this basis, the evaluation matrixes for correlation of components in FBS are established, and then a comprehensive correlation matrix of components is obtained, and the preliminary partition of LRU is finished through fuzzy cluster analysis. The comprehensive evaluation mathematical model by quantifying RMST is established to sequence the preliminary partition schemes for obtaining the optimal partition scheme. Finally, taking a certain type of medium-voltage rectifier generator as an example, the proposed method is used for LRU partition of the equipment, and the effectiveness of the method is verified.
