Einstein and Ideological Liberation in China

By studying China’s ideological liberation movement in the late 1970s, the author found that re-evaluation of Einstein andour ideological liberation are closely linked. This is particularly reflected in the activity in memory of the centenary of Einstein’s birth in1979, which was full of political and ideological implications. That the academic circle had been studying and spreading Einstein’sthought in the late 1970s also confirmed this. Research on Einstein in the 1980s also has the implication of ideological liberation.
