| 摘 要： | 建立科学合理的现代企业制度，大胆变革企业的财产组织形式和经营方式，努力解决好国有资产的管理，保证国有资产的保值增值，深化商业企业内部领导体制和各项制度改革，加速企业间的联合经营化、企业发展的组织化和规模化程度，是中原商业企业走出困境的积极对策。

| Abstract: | The active countermeasures of helping commercial enterprises out of predicament are as follows: set up scientific and rational modern enterprise system; renotate the mode of property organization and management; solve the problems of management in state_owned assets; guarantee the former value and appreciation; deepen the reform of leader's system of organization and various regulations; accelerate the combined managenent among the enterprises and deeper the degree of organization and scale in enterprise development. |
