| 摘 要： | 社会主义新农村文化建设是一项宏大而复杂的系统工程。在新的形势下,全面推进新农村文化建设,需运用系统的思维方式,进行整体规划,突出重点,尤其重要的是,抓教育,夯实新农村文化建设的基石,定规约,构建新农村文化建设的框架;投资金,搭建新农村文化建设的平台;挖资源,深化新农村文化建设的内涵。
