二氧化碳焊焊接电流多因子自调整模糊控制器研究

摘    要:研制了一种以可编程控制器为核心器件 ,并通过软件方式实现稳定二氧化碳焊焊接电流的5因子自调整模糊控制器 .该模糊控制器可以消除因电弧电压调节、网络电压波动、保护气体纯度 ,以及流量、焊炬高度变化等随机因素所引起的焊接电流的偏差 ,从而达到稳定焊接电流的目的 .焊接工艺实验表明 ,模糊控制器具有良好的动态特性和很好的稳定性

Abstract:The fuzzy controller with the multi self adjustment factor is developed to stabilize the welding current, whose core is the programmable logic controlller. The control software is programmed and set up in the system. The deviation of the welding gcurrent is eliminated, which is caused by the adjustment of the arc voltage,the fluctuation of the circuit net voltage, the variety of the flow and the purity of the shielding gas and the change of the height of the welding torch. So the welding current is stabilized. The experimental results show that the fuzzy controller of the welding current has good dynamic characteristics and stability.
