乌药叶中总黄酮提取工艺的研究

摘    要:以总黄酮为考察指标,采用紫外分光光度法测定乌药叶总黄酮含量,研究乌药叶总黄酮的乙醇溶液提取工艺.通过单因素实验和正交实验,考察乙醇浓度、提取时间、固液比、提取温度、提取次数等因素对黄酮提取率的影响.结果表明,乙醇提取乌药叶总黄酮的较佳工艺条件为60%(v/v)的乙醇溶液,固液比1:60,70℃回流提取2次,每次1.5 h.在此条件下,乌药叶总黄酮提取率达3.31%.

Abstract:The process for extracting total flavonoids from leaves of Lindera aggregata (Sims) Kosterm. was studied. Through measuring the content of total flavonoids,the main factors affecting the process namely ethanol concentration,extraction temperature,extraction time,solid/liquid ratio and extraction times were optimized by the factor analysis and orthogonal experiment.
