体育教师对教学创新知觉及创新型教师特征的研究

采用访谈法、问卷法、文献资料法,运用定量和定性分析,研究体育教师对教学创新知觉及教学创新型体育教师的特征.结果表明,"体育教师对教学创新知觉"与教龄存在差异;"教学创新型中学体育教师"具有明显的特征.教学创新型体育教师的发展一般要经过理论积淀、实践积累、交流展示、专家引领、教学反思、改进教学和教学创新等的提升与质的飞跃过程.在体育教师培训中要发挥各个环节的作用,培养教师的创新能力,促进体育教师的专业成长与发展.
