| 摘 要： | 目的丙泊酚复合麻醉应用于实验猪心导管术效果的观察。方法实验猪,2～3月龄,体重15～25kg,雌雄不限,148头350例次。术前30min肌注硫酸阿托品0.3mg,盐酸吗啡5mg,肌注咪达唑仑0.2mg/kg,10min后进入浅睡眠。按2.5～3.5mg/kg体重,缓慢静注丙泊酚,很快进入麻醉状态,气管插管,进行心脏导管术。结果丙泊酚复合麻醉,诱导时间短,起效快,效果强,恢复快速平稳,而且无副作用。结论丙泊酚复合麻醉很适合猪心脏导管术的实验研究,是一种理想的麻醉方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effect of propofol-combined anesthesia in minipig cardiac catheterization. Methods 148 healthy minipigs (2-3 month-old and 15-25kg weight) were used for 350 times in the present study. Atropine and morphine were administered intramuscularly at the concentration of 0.3mg/kg and 5mg/kg respectively 30 min before the experiment.
