摘    要:生产氧化铁红的常用原料为废铁。为扩大原料来源,发展氧化铁红生产,作者探讨以铁精矿为原料,用化学选矿法,即依次用碱、酸进行选择性溶解浸出杂质,再经氧化焙烧转型,制备氧化铁红,所得产品符合GB1863-80中规定的一级品质量要求。研究结果表明,此方法是一种具有发展前景的生产氧化铁红的新方法。

Abstract:The material for production of iron red oxide is iron scrap in general. With a view to exploiting the possible material source and developing production of iron red oxide,the authors inquire into a method of utilization of iron concentrate instead of iron scrap as the material to prepare iron red oxide through chemical concentration,that is,using alkali and acid successively to leach out the inclusions through selective dissolution and then making the material transform under oxidation calcination. The quality of the resulting product accords with the requirements to the primes specified in GB1863-80. The method offers a promising perspective for production of iron red oxide.
