客车车身骨架有限元建模及优化

摘    要:文章对某全承载式客车车身骨架进行了参数化建模,进行了静态响应分析,并对该车身进行了静、动态电测试验;在车身骨架模态分析的基础上,提出结构轻量化方案;试验表明,轻量化后的车身刚度以及骨架应力分布均满足要求.

Abstract:This paper made the parameterization modeling for a certain entire-bearing coach body frame, and carried out the static response analysis. Then the static and dynamic experiments of the coach body were conducted. The results of the experiments have testified the analysis done above,and based on the former modal analysis results, the sensitivity analysis was performed,and the important parameters were obtained to optimize, and propose the structure lightweight plan. According to the plan, the body frame reduces 273. 4kg altogether. Through the CAE analysis as well as the static and dynamic experiments , the improved coach body indicates that after lightweight the body' s rigidity and stress satisfied the requests.
