沥青混合料均匀性影响因素的研究

摘    要:基于数字图像处理技术,对沥青混合料均匀性影响因素定量地展开研究.研究结果表明:随着集料公称最大粒径的增大,沥青混合料均匀性逐渐变差;集料中4.75胁这档集料比2.36胁这档集料对沥青混合料均匀性影响要显著得多;混合料中含油量和成型时的压实功对沥青混合料均匀性有一定的影响;成型温度对沥青混合料均匀性的影响,不是主要体现在混合料中集料的分布状态上,而是表现在混合料的空隙率变化上.

Abstract:Based on digital image processing techniques, the influence factors of homogeneity of asphalt mixture were quantitatively studied. The research results indicate that homogeneity of asphalt mixture becomes worse with the increase of nominal maximum aggregate size; it is more obvious that the aggregates retained on 4.75 mm sieve influence homogeneity of asphalt mixture than the aggregates retained on 2.36 mm sievedo; both asphalt content and compaction effort influence homogeneity of asphalt mixture; experimental temperature influences homogeneity of asphalt mixture, which is manifested mainly in the change of porosity in asphalt mixture, not in the change of the aggregate situation.
