摘    要:对46天苗龄的盆栽向日葵幼苗分别用0.05mol/L、0.10mol/L、0.20mol/L的中性盐NaCl进行胁迫处理,检测3个不同品种向日葵的脯氨酸、丙二醛含量和保护酶活性的变化.从而比较研究不同品种向日葵对NaCl的耐受程度,结果表明:中性盐对津引6号伤害较轻,而对津引1号和津引2号伤害比较严重,津引1号和津引2号伤害程度相差不大.就生物膜透性伤害程度而言,津引6号明显低于津引1号和2号。其脯氨酸含量显著高于津引1号和2号,丙二醛含量则明显低于津引1号和2号.在抗氧化保护酶活性变化方面,津引6号POD,CAT活性较津引1号和2号增加要快得多,而SOD活性上升更明显.简言之。津引6号有较强的耐盐性.

Abstract:The three kinds of bonsais sunflower's seedling of age 46 days are treated by neutral salt NaCl under 0.05 mol/L,0.10 mol/L,0.20 mol/L arel the change of Pro,MDA and anti oxidaseactive was.Measured their content of Pro,MDA and the antioxidaseactive change.in order to study the degree of damage of three kinds of sunflowers.The result showed that Number6's degree of damage by neutral salt is the most lightest in the three kinds.the others' degree of damage are almost the same Number6 is better than the others in quality membrane sex's degree of damage for its Pro content is obviously more than the others and MDA content obviously less than.Activities of POD,CAT of Number6 increase more significantly than the others.Besides,activity of SOD decrease more significantly.In short,Number6 is the best.
