| Abstract: | Aprocess for recovering elemental sulfur from the residual liquid of sulfur dioxide scrubbing process by sodium sulfide aqueous solution is suggested in this study.It has been shown that the yield of elemental sulfur reaches 102?sed on the amount of sulfide initially added as the molar ratio of sulfide to sulfite is controlled at 1.1and pH value is adjusted to less than 1. |
