不同浓度赤霉素溶液对棉花幼苗发育的影响

摘    要:赤霉素作为一种高效能的植物生长调节物质对棉纤维的分化和发育有着非常重要的影响。实验用不同浓度的赤霉素(GA3)溶液处理棉花幼苗,以期通过对其生根情况及茎叶发育情况的观察研究,寻找到最有利于棉花幼苗发育的最适GA3浓度。结果表明:不同浓度的GA3溶液对棉花幼苗主根、侧根及茎叶的发育均有显著影响。其中,0.2 mg/L的GA3溶液为棉花幼苗发育的最适浓度,该浓度可同时较明显地促进棉花幼苗主根、侧根及茎叶的发育。

Abstract:Gibberellins(GA3) is a sort of high efficiency plant growth regulator which is very important for cotton fiber initiation and development.This study used gibberellin(GA3)of different concentrations to treat cotton seedlings,through observation about development situation of main root,lateral roots and stems and leaves to study the most suitable concentration of gibberellins to cotton seeding.The results show that: Influence about Gibberellin(GA3) of different concentrations to cotton seeding are obvions in different concentrations of GA3.The concentration of 0.2 mg / L of GA3 can significantly promote cotton seedlings main root and lateral root development.The results also show that development of stems and leaves has also significant differences in different concentrations of GA3,Of which 0.2 mg/L GA3 is the most suitable concentration.
