模糊模式的手写数字识别技术研究与实现

通过对CCD传感器获得的邮政编码的24位bmp图像进行仿真和数字识别,提出了一种基于色素的二值化方法,分别提取了邮政编码框格线的二值图像和邮件字符的二值图像;对图像处理的过程进行了分析,它包括邮编框边缘检测和分离、图像的二值化、平滑去噪、倾斜矫正、邮编数字的提取、位置归一化处理、数字图像的细化、字符识别特征提取等。首先对图像识别的预处理过程进行了阐述,然后再对预处理过的图像进行特征字符提取,并对邮件编码框格和字符进行角度修正,最后判断识别结果;在此方法中避免了框格线和编码字符线分割的困难;为了提高识别率,研究使用了手写数字多种方法的复合,使邮件编码的识别率得到了提高;实验表明:该方法可以获得较高的识别率,为邮政系统中分拣识别技术提供了参考。
