| Abstract: | This paper introduces the concept of the ecological environment and social development, as well as the relationship be- tween the two opposites, it researches on the strategies about ecological environment construction and social development. The core principles are the insistence of sustainable development strategy and the scientific concept of development. It should take various measures to promote the coordinated development of Population, resources, ecological environment and economic development. In the complex engineering ecological civilization system, we can realize the simultaneous development about economic, social and ecological benefits to construct ecological civilization. |
