满族传统体育多样化发展途径的探析

分析满族传统体育的多样化特点,从游戏与娱乐、锻炼与表演、体育与习武、对抗与竞技等角度对满族传统体育项目进行梳理,认为满族传统体育有鲜明的民族特色,教育作用明显,更有益于发展身心、增强体质,具有广泛的群众基础和推广价值 。结合文献资料、实地考擦、走访专家学者,提出发展满族传统体育可以在社区、学校、家庭、旅游、民族节日中传承和发展。

Explore and Analysis of Diversified Development of Manchu Traditional Sports

In this paper, the diverse characteristics of Manchu traditional sports are analyzed. and Manchu traditional sports are brushed up from such perspectives as game and entertainment, exercise and performance, sports and martial arts, confrontation and competitive and so on. We think that the traditional Manchu sports have distinctive ethnic characteristics, clear education effect, and is beneficial to the development of mind and body, enhance a constitution, and has a broad mass base and extension value. Combining with the literature, on-the-spot eraser and visits of experts and scholars, we propose some measurements, which can inherit and develop the Manchu Traditional Sports in the community, the school, family, tourism, ethnic festivals.
