| 摘 要： | 胜利油田于97年7月成立了海洋应急中心,配备了相应规模的溢油回收设备。但是,国油栏的乘波性不理想,影响了拦档溢油的效果,在撇油器工作效率相同的情况下,降低了溢油回收率。为适应胜利埕岛油田开发建设的需要,保护海洋环境,解决围油栏的乘波性,提高溢油回收率显得尤为重要。

| Abstract: | With substantial oil recovery equipments, Offshore Contingency Response Center of Shengli Oilfield was founded in July, 1997. But the wave-supporting capability of oil loops is not ideal, which influences the efficiency of holding the spill oil, and decreases the spill oil recovery rate at the same work efficiency of the oil skimmer. To meet the needs of exploitation and development of Shengli Chengdao Oilfield, protect the ocean environment, it is very important to solve the defect of oil loops and improve the spill oil recovery rate. |
