| 摘 要： | 文章基于社会信息网络化大潮,就信息网络对现代军事战略的深刻影响进行了重点分析。文章认为,信息网络既孕育了现代军事战略新思想,又催生了现代军事战略新观念;既哺育了现代军事战略新理论,又形成了现代军事战略决策新方法。
