摘    要:以(L)-苯丙氨酸甲酯盐酸盐、N-叔丁氧羰基-(L)-丙氨酸和2,3-二苯基-1-叔丁氧酰氨基环丙烷酸甲酯为原料,采用混酐法合成了两个含2,3-二苯基取代环丙烷氨基酸残基的构象限制二肽,并用IR、NMR、MS和单晶X-射线衍射对这两个二肽的结构进行了研究.

Abstract:Two conformationally constrained dipeptides with a trans-2,3-diaryl-1-aminocyclo-propanecarboxylic acid residue were synthesized from boc-(L)-phenylalanine,boc-(L)-alanine and 2,3-diphenyl-1-tert-butyl-cyclopropane carboxylic acid amide with the mixed anhydride methodology.The structures of two target compounds were studied by means of X-ray single crystal diffraction analysis.
