电化学发光分析的新进展

摘    要:电位溶出化学发光分析和电生试剂化学发光分析是近年来电化学发光分析的两项重要进展 .电位溶出化学发光分析将溶出伏安法与化学发光法两种技术结合在一起 ,发挥了两种技术各自的优势 ,使灵敏度和选择性都有较大的提高 .电生试剂化学发光分析 ,由于采用在位电生不稳定氧化剂参与化学发光反应 ,扩大了化学发光反应的分析应用 ,同时新生态试剂的活性使分析灵敏度增大一个数量级 .

Development in electrogenerated chemiluminescence

Abstract:Two novel electrogenerated chemiluminescence (ECL) methods have been developed. The electrochemical stripping chemiluminescence analysis combined the stripping voltammetry technique and flow injection chmiluminescence detection and provided the high selectivity and sensitivity. In the chmiluminescence analysis with electrogenerated reagent, the unstable reagents were on line electrochmically generated, resulting in the elimination of the instability of these reagents and emerged high activity of these palingenetic reagents. Both methods have been used for determination of some metal ions and drugs.
