异甘草酸镁治疗TACE术后肝损伤疗效的临床观察

目的: 观察异甘草酸镁预防肝动脉栓塞化疗术（TACE）后肝损伤的临床疗效。方法: 治疗组21例TACE术当天开始应用异甘草酸镁，连续7天；对照组20例，给予还原型谷胱甘肽钠。结果:术后两组患者丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)及总胆红素(TB)等指标均较治疗前明显升高（P<0.01），术后7d治疗组ALT、AST、TB与术前比较无显著性差异(P>0.05),而对照组仍明显高于术前（P<0.01）。结论：异甘草酸镁能有效减轻TACE术后肝损伤的程度。

Clinical Evaluation of magnesium isoglycyrrhizinate trerapy for liver lesion in transcatheter arterial chemoembolization

To observe the therapeutic effect of magnesium isoglycyrrhizinate for treating liver lesion after transcatheter arterial chemoembolization(TACE),The observation group including 21 cases were given magnesium isoglycyrrhizinate on the day of TACE for 7 days.While the control group including 20 cases were treated with glutathione sodium(GSH).The levels of ALT,AST and TB after TACE operation were significantly higher than those before treatment(P<0.01).The levels of ALT,AST and TB on the 7th day after TACE operation were revivaled in the treatment group(P>0.05).But the levels of ALT,AST and TB in the control group on the 7th day were higher than those before TACE operation(P<0.01).It is conclused that magnesium isoglycyrrhizinate can treat efficiently the liver lesion after transcatheter arterial chemoembolization.
