桐油间苯二酚树脂(TRR)与叠氮系交联剂的光发色交联机理

摘    要:对充分导入间苯二酚的桐油间苯二酚树脂和双叠氮化合物所组成的感光体系的光发色交联机理进行了研究.证明树脂中间苯二酚基残留的反应活性点是易与氮烯(氮宾)反应导致交联的主要因素.其发色过程是由于生成氮-氧醌式结构所致.树脂中残留双键与叠氮化合物的光交联作用无疑是存在的,但实验证实它不是发色交联的主导因素.

Abstract:Photocolorization crosslinking mechanism of photosensitive compo- sition formed by tung oil-resorcin resin(TRR)fully introduced by resorcin with azides is studied.The results show that the remaining active sites of resorcin in TRR are the main factor of crosslinking for these sites can react with nitrene easily.The formed nitrogen-oxygen quinoid structure make the resin photocolorized.Although there exists photocrosslinking effect of the remaining doble bounds in the resin with azide,it is not the main factor of the colorization crosslinking effect.
