辛硫磷农药对土壤螨类影响的研究

摘    要:通过辛硫磷农药对未污染土壤长达半年的染毒模拟实验,发现螨类是土壤动物的优势类群,对农药较敏感,随着农药浓度的增加,螨类数量逐渐减少.随着季节变化,其数量有波动.甲螨的变化规律与蜱螨类似.巴西甲螨、三皱甲螨可作为辛硫磷农药污染的指示生物,因为随着浓度的增加,巴西甲螨指数升高,而三皱甲螨指数则降低.这种变化趋势为农药污染的监测提供了重要的参考依据.

Abstract:Results of simulating experiment on phoxim pesticide to uncontaminated soil show that Acarina that is a dominance species of soil animals is sensitive to phoxim pesticide.The amount of Acarina decreases with the increasing of phoxim pesticide treating concentration.The amount of Acarina fluctuates with the chang of seasons.The variety rule of Oribatida is similar to that of Acarina.Brasilobates and Rhysotritia can be bioindicators of phoxim pesticide pollution. Because Brasilobates index increases while Rhysotritia index decreases with the increasing of phoxim pesticide treating concentration.The trends provide important referenced grounds for monitoring pesticide pollution.
