| Abstract: | This paper holds that it is a breakthrough to put forward dustless idea in the construction of the plant forthe automobile coatings in the field of project management and the behavioral mode of management The dustless constructing management is surely an innovative management thought for the plant construction . The paper takes the management of the Second Paint Factory under construction in Jianghuai Automobile Corporation as an example, and discusses'the dustless constructing measures. |
