| 摘 要： | 通过对宁夏房地产业现状以及存在问题进行的阐释,提出了解决问题的合理对策:切实减少各项不合理收费,降低成本,促进住宅价格合理回归;以中低收入阶层为重点,加大经济适用住房开发规模,发挥政府宏观调节作用。

| Abstract: | Through expounding the present situation of and problems existing in Ningxia's real estate industry,this paper puts forward some rational countermeasures for solving these problems,which include reducing all irrational charges,lowering the cost,accelerating the rational regression of the house price,lying stress on the intermediate and lower income classes,enlarging the developing scale of the economic and suitable houses,and giving full play to the governmental functions in the macroscopic adjustment. |
