| 摘 要： | 为解决某制农厂缝制车间劳动效率偏低的问题，调查分析了该企业一条生产线的作业时间，找出劳动效率偏低的原因．根据数据统计分析结果，提出改善方案，如系统化的车间布局与物流设计，建立完善的质量管理体系，保证员工休息等．

| Abstract: | The study of work time in sewing line to solve the low efficiency is presented in a garment factory.The reason of low efficiency is analyzed by statistical analysis of the data from the work sample.The suggestions of enhancing productivity are given from the study such as,systemic layout of workshop and goods flow,perfect quality control,assuring employee's rest. |
