| 摘 要： | 渗透冲击对大肠杆菌半乳糖运输有明显的降低作用,对葡萄糖影响较小,对乳糖检测不出有影响。营养条件对大肠杆菌冲击细胞半乳糖的运输产生影响。

| Abstract: | In this paper,effect of osmotic shock on the uptack of some
sugars in intact E.coli were studied.Our experimental results
indicated that the uptack of galactose by E.coli was decresed obviou-
sly after osmtic shock,and the uptack of glucose was affected alittle,
but the uptack of lactose was not affected by osmotic shock.During
osmotic shock,some proteins are released into sorrounding medium
and caused reduction of galactose uptack. |
