IGBT弧焊逆变电源双闭环控制系统

摘    要:针对CO2 焊接波形控制中对逆变电源快速性的要求,提出了一种适用于单端正激逆变电源恒流输出的双闭环控制系统,在整个电弧负载变化范围内实现了焊接电流的无超调、快速控制。仿真结果与试验表明,该系统响应快、精度高,既可满足CO2 焊接工艺要求,又保护了逆变器的可靠运行。

Abstract:The double closed loop and constant output current control system is proposed for single arm and positive exciting inverter. It can realize fast and no surging of the output current control in the whole course of arc resistance varying scope, and the simulation as well as experiment show that the system is both fast response and high accuracy ,not only is it satisfied with CO 2 welding, it also protect IGBT inverter from over current as well.
